Following up on the disruption of service to the KARMA Light app that was reported on Monday, July 14.
We are happy to announce that a new version of KARMA Light is now available in the Google Play store. We encourage you to update your app to the latest version (1.25.07.02), and to enable auto-updates.
Be sure to check out the recent Release Notes to learn about the new feature that is included in this new version of the app.

The VIP KARMA Light app for Android is currently experiencing service disruptions due to a crashing issue with the latest update (v1.25.07.01).
If you have not updated: Do not update the app and turn off auto-updates. Continue using your current version.
If you have updated: The app may crash. There is no workaround, and you will need to wait for a new version to be released in the Google Play Store (expected in a few days, but could be up to a week). We will let you know when this version is available.
As an alternative, users can access tasks on their mobile device via the SRS KARMA Web. Login to srs.vtinfo.com Applications menu > KARMA Account Details tab > search and select an account Click the task to complete
